​If your property suffers a mechanical failure will find it , arrange for repair and clean up. We will secure the property until client arrives home.

Property Protection

BGI offers property protection services for residences and businesses. When you are away we will inspect your property to ensure it stays safe and secure.


"Do not risk letting a broken widow, suspicious occurrence or criminal activity go undetected."


​BGI will also act as your key-holder and respond on your behalf to calls from police reference alarms or suspicious situations. 


We will do all of this while keeping our client aware any problems that may occur.

BGI offers numerous protection options.


  • Monthly options include one check per month, every 2 weeks or weekly checks.
  • ​Vacation packages depend upon duration of time away and number or checks desired.
  • We can also honor most special protection requests and price accordingly.


​We are more that just your average caretaker, we are career law enforcement officers who know how to handle and coordinate a response to any situation. We do this all while keeping the client informed of any occurrence.

Criminal Activity


BGI staff members have years of experience with crime detection and prevention. We will be alert to the condition of your property and notice any possible criminal activity. When detected we will notify the client and then local law enforcement. We will preserve the crime scene for any police investigation. 


​When a police investigation is complete we will arrange for clean up and secure your property from further loss or damage. We will make any arrangements necessary while communicating cost and extent of damage with the client. We will have the ability to transmit video and photo documentation to the client. 


​While it may be uncomfortable, there would be no need to return early and BGI will continue to monitor until your return.
